lovely. the fence is a little dark IMHO; a dark gray stain might've done the same trick without the chill of an all-black wall. otherwise, it's great -- shade, lovely furniture, well-mapped, nice foliage accents...good recipe all around.

Sorry but this was not well planned or done. The seating area, which will be used the most is not in a shade and has that weird firepit instead of a table. Ridiculous. The weirdo hot tub pool you will be cleaning 24/7. The entrance stairs so bare. Would it kill you to put two vertical plants on each side? Dog going in a bathroom on the artificial turf? LOL You don't think that nice aroma will sink into that what is essentially a grassy fabric? And it is not something you can remove and toss in a washer? While it looks 'nice' it is not practical so hence this designer gets big fail on this task.

It feels a bit too crowded with furniture, not enough green closer to the house. I love how comfortable everything is and it is going in the right direction, but looks a lot like a furniture store.
