Modern Renaissance is the only item i own from what you just listed. I LOVE it! It was the perfect timing to helped me get back into makeup (and now I’m addicted to makeup)! There are colors that I won't normally wear, like Love Letter, but it has become one of my favorite colors to wear.

I cut the shiseido cotton squares in half, so if I pick a pack up during the 20% off VIB sale, I'll have almost enough eye makeup remover squares for the entire year. It's cheaper than buying a $2 pack every other month from the drugstore for me! Loved this video & the products in it!

I️ found a dupe for the Shiseido cotton squares. They are sold at CVS and they are from the beauty 360 brand. This brand have a lot of different types of cotton squares but look for the ones that come in a 50 ct bag and don’t have any edges or borders. They are amazing and no to mention how great the price is.

I just wanted to say that you put so so much effort into your video's and it is noticed for sure, as well as appreciated. I look over and see 98k as the amount of subscribers you have and it kind of makes me shake my head because with what I am able to observe (I watch wayyyy too many KZbin video's!! I own several of these items, and since I declutter regularly, the fact that I still have them means that I love them. I think they're totally worth the hype! The only reason I haven't gotten the KVD palette is because I already have the Mi Vida Loca palette, and I don't need any more vibrant shades. I would add the Tarte blushes and Becca highlighters to this list as well. Loved the video!!!! Xoxo

I'd agree with most of those for sure. For the Stila Glitter I get around the lid to crease transfer by using a similar shade in a high shimmer all over the lid and keep the Stila just as a line where you see it with eyes open near the lashes. Look down and do other makeup for a minute so it dries and there's no transfer but you still have shine all over the lid, just not the actual glitter product. Works great!

LOVE the Galaxy Chic palette - and the Solar Flare one too. They are powdery and you can easily get a disco ball face, but if you go slow and use a glitter glue these things are gorgeous

I definitely agree with you about the Jaclyn Hill Palette. So happy it’s permanent now. And I also agree with the KVD shade and light eye. Both are staples and when I travel I have arguments with myself on which palette to bring.

The Tarte Clay Play pallet is my current ride-or-die. I bought it for many reasons. #1 Tarte is amazing as a brand and I tend to trust their products as a whole. #2 I was in need of the bronzers. I was running out my Hoola, and wanted to try something different. I'd had that one forever. #3 I tend to be drawn to color and I buy a lot of brights and darks when it comes to eye shadows. I over do it! And I'm not afraid to admit it. I can sit down with Clay Play and do a respectable, beautiful, and interesting look without going crazy. It's really taught me the art of toning it down for just going to work. Most days, anyways. I did get mine on sale, but I would definitely pay full price tomorrow if something happened to it.

Of all the products you reviewed I have bought only the cotton pads and I agree they are worth it. They hold together till I'm done with it, don't shed like the drugstore pads and they are most definitely softer!

This was such a fun video! I have actually seen some bigger and smaller KZbinrs talk about the Jcat trio shadows and how versatile they can be. Some of them can double as beautiful cheek highlights. I would like to think I can trust the star rating systems, as I believe most of the reviewers leave genuine opinions. I like when the people leaving the reviews have their mini profiles filled out stating their age range, skin tone, and skin types. It makes the reviews they leave super helpful when comparing your own attributes and needs/wants. Hope to see another one of these videos down the line. Have a great day, everyone

Thank you, this was so wonderful to watch a few days before I take the Sephora VIB plunge! The Stila Glitter & Glow Liquid Eye Shadow Set was already on my list, now I know about the transfer issue I can set my expectations. I had also decided on the Tarte Clay Play Palette, now I think I'll re-examine against the Shade+Light since you think they're somewhat interchangeable for a newbie who somehow has no neutrals/mattes.

I don’t know about most of those products, but I did get a deal of Fenty Beauty foundation in the mail, and if I could afford it, that would be my ride or die foundation. I realize that you were not talking about foundations, but I figure they put their money into all of their products. New launches are so important or new companies, i bet everything they put out at first is gonna be stellar. If their eye palettes are anything like their foundation, no wonder. I actually agree with every rating. I own everything except the Tarte palette, and the KVD Saints and Sinners palette. I have to say that the Shiseido Cotton Pads are the best I’ve ever used! They feel wonderful on the skin, they don’t shed, and they last a surprisingly long time. I highly recommend.

I absolutely love the scent of Tarte products! That vanilla scent is lovely, and I don't find it sickly at all. I love when I open my Tarte palette! I'm getting the Kat Von D palette for Xmas (heavily hinted to hubby, so he's definitely got the message haha!) Really can't wait to play with it!!

I’m a huge fan of the tarte clay play. I use it for transition shades, all over eye looks on boring work days, filling in my brows, and adding my moles and freckles back on after my look is complete 😊 Would you consider doing a video on makeup products from urban Outfitters, free people, and Anthropologie? All of them have great beauty sections (especially urban Outfitters), and I get a discount there because my partner works for them. Would love to see you try some items and get some ideas for what to buy for the holidays.
