Hi Friends Happy MONDAY !
Hope you are having a wonderful day today. This story is strange and so so so sad !!! It still remains unsolved. I personally feel like , all signs point to the guys in the house. We may never know what truly happened inside that townhouse but Katherine and Roberts family deserves closure and justice for what happened to Robert.

I think Robert found Dylan and Joe in the middle of their rendezvous. Maybe he reacted badly, or maybe they invited him and he said some things that made them angry? Also, there is the possibility that they didn’t want to be outed (assuming no one else was aware). They killed him to protect themselves?

That’s also why the emails were drafts and not sent. If they sent them it would time stamp the events. Cops need to search the computer again. There’s got to be some time stamp on the data for when those emails were drafted. I would put money on it being after the 911 call.

It really depends on the person AND the pill. When people say sleeping pill it isn’t always a traditional sleeping pill, it may simply be a pill used to aid sleep, such as Xanax, Trazodone, Benadryl, etc. Also stuff like Melatonin or CBD capsules one could take to help with sleep but easily still wake, even from light noises. Not to mention sleeping pills don’t always keep you in a deep sleep, MANY are designed simply to help you get TO sleep. And finally, body chemistry, simple body chemistry. I’ve tried several types of sleeping pills and many just didn’t “work” for me. I could take one and definitely still be woken later.

too unrealistic to be believeable - agreed. And is therefore untrue - nope. You have to prove either this definitely did not happen beyond a reasonable doubt - which you cant in this case, even though we kind of know what happened. or you have to prove that something else definitely happened. but neither is possible. You cant even prove that their story is wrong because they apparently stuck to it and investigators couldn find cracks. I mean it is implausible but not impossible and hence because there is enough reasonable doubt, you cant convict them.

Cuz we have had a lot of people’s body turned up and never found out who killed them cuz their body was left out in the open so there has been no lead but in THIS CASE...we have three other guys living in the same house and they were all present when Robert was killed! okay my theory? dylan wanted robert, robert was like “nah man i’m married & straight.” dylan didn’t wanna take no for an answer, drugged him, probably multiple times and too much to the point where he didn’t wake up. joe helped him cover it up because that’s his mans, and victor just had to play the oblivious panicked one. joe may have been in on it from the beginning since he was all defensive but yeah, that’s my theory.

Let me add onto this; When Victor found out that Dylan had killed Robert he actually panicked because he wasn't in on it in the beginning like Joseph. So when he called the ambulance he was actually panicking because he had found Roberts body before Joseph and Dylan explained their plan so he dropped the 911 call in an actual state of panic. Now because we don't know more about the relationship between Dylan and Victor it is open to interpretation ,if Victor ended up helping them, if he did it because he was protecting Dylan and Joseph or just Joseph. Thats my Theory.

I believe Dylan is the main culprit, and once things went haywire, Joe stepped in. As a lawyer, not only his lover was at stake but his entire reputation would be damaged. He probably told Dylan what to do, and gave enough time to clean up the scene, while telling Victor to stick with the story or else they would all go down. Out of everyone, I think Victor had the least amount to do with this cover-up. He seemed to be genuinely concerned and disoriented as literally everything happened so quickly. He didn’t have time to make clear decisions for himself, and just went along with what Joe told him because he’s a lawyer, and knows the system.

Ok, so, first ... you said they gave him a drink of water when he first got there. Did they drug it? Did they have this whole thing planned before Robert even got there? Second ... Were the two, that are a couple, performing all of this sexual stuff on Robert while he was unconscious and something went wrong? Maybe he started to seize and his heart stopped? Maybe they dragged him into the shower to try to revive him. When that didn't work they had to come up with a story - enter the intruder. So then they had to stab him to make it look like an intruder did it. It wouldn't look right if he was in the shower so they dressed him and put him on the bed. Third - I think the couple are guilty as heck!

Yeah. Totally agree. I think the guys may have had it planned to drug Robert and and then do sexual things with him. Maybe Joe always had a crush on him but knew robert wouldnt consent. I think something went wrong after they drugged him and were raping him. Very likely bdsm was involved. Maybe they thought he had died (or he already had) so they dressed him, laid him in the shower and stabbed him to make it look like an intruder came in and killed him. Thats my best guess. One thing im sure of is that those 3 men know what happened. Its a shame no one has been brought to justice.
