Thanku so much for doing this video! I have a 3 tiered semi naked wedding cake coming up. I've never done 1 before and i've been totally freaking out and getting inside my own head, do i central dowel it, do i take it to the venue stacked, do i stack it there etc. My gut was telling me to stack at the venue but then all other vids i've seen have all stacked it before. I think you've helped me figure out how to do it at the venue. I think it'll be much easier than walking with a fully stacked, fragile B/C cake! Thankyou so much! Hi! I'm so glad you enjoyed the video!! I totally understand about getting inside your head and getting freaked out... It really does a number on you! Honestly I've done it both ways and the way I decide is, if I think I will be able to fill gaps in easily between the tiers. Or if I am going to a venue with a lot of people around I get nervous with people watching. Naked cakes are super easy either way and just take a deep breath! You will rock this 💜 I have another video ( wedding vlog) and that will show me putting together a 4 tier wedding cake at the venue but I assembled the bottom 2 layers and the top 2 layers at home and then I only had to place the top 2 when I got there. If you are stacking all at home definitely put a center dowel through all the tiers. Sorry this is long but DON'T FORGET to bring your essentials! Offset pallet knife, viva paper towels, dowels, extra icing, scissors and anything else that might be helpful to make the process go more smoothly. Hi! Do you use simple syrup on the cakes? I always have some on hand, but I also always forget to use it, lol! As always, thumbs up for the video AND the music! Tell your hubby if his job is not as a DJ, he's in the wrong profession!

What is this cream? Can it last for many hours at room temperature?

It is just standard American buttercream. Once it crusts it can be out at room temp for awhile. If it gets warm or is outside it will start to melt
