The awesome trick to making this tool was the trick you used to hold the ball bearing in the lathes three jaw chuck. Wow, that was great and I can use it on many other difficult holding projects. With all the reality TV programs on TV, these days, I've always thought a good TV show series would be a contest to hold difficult-to-machine parts on a lathe and see the creativity of the operators to come up with a method to get it done.
