I recall that on your land trip home that the truck was full of Detroits ---- which means that that Damien fellow must have kept your boat! Probably insisted that the sand container was originally his or some such rubbish.... Well, now that Brupeg is almost finished, I expect to see it tied to the stern or lashed to the deck above his forecastle. Nice work! PS: I don't know if you realize this, but you can drill a hole in the back towards the bottom and put in a small rubber 'flapper'. Then, when you get up to speed the suction created sucks the water out and it becomes an automatic bailer.
@DangarMarine2 жыл бұрын

I got an idea! I did actually did think about building a boat out of these, or how you could build a boat out of these. I would simply take the cap and thread a Schrader valve nipple onto that, then thread it in with plumbing grease. Then you should pressure the container at low PSI, weld a few together with a torch and a straps from cutting one container into strips, then install a transom with an engine.

$200 B.O.A.T. i.e. Bust Out Another (cold) Tinnie For our overseas viewers that may have missed the (terrible) pun, a "tinny" is Australian colloquialism for a cold can of beer OR also may refer to a small aluminium boat with an outboard motor. Either way it leans on the notion of a budget-friendly approach to things. Tinnies are a cheap way of consuming alcohol or being able to go fishing and a favourite of blue-collar punters everywhere.
