Making a CUMMINS Engine from Styrene Plastic. Part 9.

This is Part 9 of my attempt to build a 1/24 scale model truck completely by hand. It is a model of an International s2500/2574. The truck is a 1/24 scale Styrene Plastic model.

The engine is made of 1mm(0.04") and 5mm thick Styrene tube.

This truck was never intended to be and will never become an rc model.

You’re already a ‘plastic surgeon’, I’ve been a ‘plastic apprentice’ for years and you’ve got me beat by miles and miles. You’re in a league of very few artists. You could easily work in the film industry. You must know Adam Savage from the show MythBusters, he’s also a character with amazing talent and you’re as good or might be even better than him. He takes questions on his channel, show him your work and you’ll be very happy with his analysis of your work. Ask him to point you in the right direction for work, if you aren’t already there. Copy any engine in any scale, WOW. Amazing work.

I use styrene sheets. It is similar to pvc, vinyl, abs plastic and acrylic.

@@jking8235 It is not glue. It is a chemical called M.E.K. it is often branded as 'Styrene Cement' for hobby use. If you don't have access to M.E.K thin superglue works also.
