I would love to see your take on a Bon Appetit Gourmet Makes! I think that would be so fun. Gourmet Jaffa Cakes/Hula Hoops/Penguin biscuits/etc... It might be an idea for post-quarantine times as maybe some ingredients may be hard to find but I just wanted to suggest it while the idea was fresh in my mind. PS, thanks for making isolation so much easier for me. It has brightened my day every time I see you’ve uploaded this past while in particular. The workout video from the other day was absolute gold. I was having a truly awful day and it completely turned the day around for me. You’re an unsung hero Grace to all those who are struggling with the isolation. I hope you and your family are keeping well.

Hi Grace! Frappe is a traditional whipped coffee from Greece. You whip instant coffee (and if you like some sugar) with some cold water (until it froth) in a tall glass. Then you add in the same glass cold water and/or milk along with some ice cubes. The froth coffee will rise above the water-milk. Then stir a bit with a straw and always drink it with a straw. Two tablespoons of coffee is too much, try it with one teaspoon of coffee and one teaspoon of sugar. Love your videos!! Wish a smooth quarantine to you and your family!

I DEFINITELY feel that everyone will be decorating/rearranging rooms over lockdown. Got back from uni 10days ago and realised i hadnt rearranged/decorated my room in 2yrs or unpacked properly since starting uni (like 18months). Didnt do much just updated my photos, found space for all my uni stuff and made myself a little beanbag corner for (uni) reading in but it feels soooooo satisfying.

I made Dalgona coffee the other day too!! It was absolutely delicious on top of almond milk. I made a small batch with a bit more sugar as well, to try on top of a brownie.... it wasn't as nice. I think its talents shine on top of milk. So darn good!! Edit: Yes, you definitely needed to whip it much longer. Then it holds its form and doesn't seem to sit at the bottom.

A word of advice to use GOOD instant coffee, if it’s store brand usually it won’t taste as good. I used Nescafé and it’s $1 for the box packs. Worked great.

About washing your hair less: you should try using more natural shampoo instead of cheap mass-market one. They contain harsh surfactants AKA washing agents sulfates and silicones. Sulfates strip our scalp of it's natural oils too much, this results in overproducing oil to compensate and protect skin from drying. While silicones create a film on our hair that prevents oil from absorbing, so oil gets only on the surface and creates greasy look much faster than it would be otherwise. Using less harsh shampoo without silicones allowed me to wash my hair once in 3 to 4 days easily, sometimes even 5. After many years of trial and error I recommend using one with more gentle sodium coco sulfate as main washing agent and use conditioner without silicones after. You can research this, it's well known fact at this point.

I can’t rearrange my furniture because it only fits in the one orientation, but I remember being a kid and young teen and every now and again moving around where my bed and dresser were and it was so fun. This was the year we were meant to finally buy a house but with this whole virus that plan is on hold for the foreseeable future, when we do move though the only furniture that I have that I’m keeping is my bed so I’ll be able to buy different piece that work better and out shelves up on the walls instead of having shelves taking up floor space.
