Making a desk with hinged top beneath the stairs

So, I made some changes to my basement, and I needed a new desk area, both for computing and Arduino/electronics stuff. I also wanted to get rid of all my scrap pieces of plywood and such. (some of the pieces this desk is built from have been part of 3 different furniture)
The back part is mainly for holding wires but also gives a nice floating effect to the whole build. I will later mount a screen and some speakers to the wall and also fix up the lightning in the lid.

Very nice, but I would recommend sanding and oiling the whole piece, not just a small bit in the centre. Trust me, I’ve done the same mistake.

I dig the vibe of your videos, bring back the long hair! Also I'd recommend just speaking your own language if english is not that fluid. That's what The Practical Engineer (netherlands) does and he just puts subtitles and it works great. Also I'd love to hear you speak norwegian!
