Thanks Jo. Gynostemma is an interesting herb. Ive been drinking a powdered form in tea for over a year now. If I can find some of the fresh gyno I will start using the tincture. I dont find the type I have been using to be bitter at all. Actually almost tastes sweet.

Say friend, is there a general rule you can apply as to what best determines the alcohol percentage needed for a menstruum? Would extraction with a higher percentage always be better, or a waste? Thanks.
