T-1’s Voicing and Range knobs make it easy to adjust the pitch and spacing of each note within your selected musical scale. This is a fast way of exploring a variety of musical patterns and melodies. Whether you're a seasoned musician or a beginner, the T-1 makes experimentation easy and helps you discover fresh and exciting musical ideas.
Happy sequencing!

I like these videos as promotional pieces to show what the T1 can do, but I’d love if you guys followed these up with a how-to instructional video showing exactly what you did to get there.

100% agree! I believe that would help the folks who are trying to get deeper with this amazing sequencer. @Torso: Are you planning something like that? Would be super dope

I somewhat agree with you, though would rephrase the request as just include explicit annotations rather than a couple thrown in. The video shows exactly what he is doing and if one is to read the manual / play with a torso then you can fill in any gaps that you can see but can't quite compute. I think a longer video isn't necessary per sei just more in depth and continuously detailed annotations at each change being made. Though I agree the standard or more in-depth KZbin tutorial format (like loopop style) wouldn't go amiss as I bet there are things my brain just is missing or understanding the concept but not the application. I think the latter is wayyyy more time consuming and maybe a tonne of work, however I would argue just clearly annotating each change wouldn't add much more work to each video! It's the reverse engineering that is possible but sometimes not ideal in this case As a final amusing thought - it does make me work harder and discover my self my own applications rather than being able to "make that sound" if that makes sense. I'm sure there is method to this format from that standpoint lol. Probs could sell more units and help the guys that struggle with manuals (like me) though I do think it is a valid and fair point that benefits all. More descriptions at the bottom please torso! X

I'm gonna strongly agree with this! I've not seen a single video (or the manual, for that matter) explain how voice and range actually work. There's some examples but it's just not enough to actually understand the inner workings, so that they can be effectively used.
