I think the final part should be icecream or boba tea and roller skates. Like, you ride around with drinks and there is little fair games and ice cream. Fits the retro 50's vibe too since roller skating and bowling were both popular in the 50's along with the aesthetics you two have put into every other build! You both are awesome btw

*I have an idea: So you have said the reason you dont want to do "Designing the same house separately" is because you dont want to compete/be compared but you could do it like this. You get the same house and decorate it trying to match what the other person is doing. These builds remind me of my childhood and I LOVE them! Specifically they remind me of the grocery store down the hill from my childhood home--it was built to look like little glass-paned kitchen cabinet with a fountain that looked like a shallow pasta bowl with a pot pouring water into it out front. It blew my mind as a kid! I lowkey hope some buildings bring the "building matches the business" decor theme back because I miss it. :') Maybe you'll inspire some architects to bring whimsy back into commercial buildings!

This might be a little out there but how about a charcuterie board? It could be like a wine tasting place. Very fancy. And because those aren’t exactly tall it could be sitting on top of a bistro table. Checkerboard pattern “tablecloth”. We all crave the checkerboard right? Or for something the sims can actually order, a pot or bowl of soup. With a spoon or ladle hanging out that the sign is hung from. Of course a burger might best match aesthetically with the other three.

oh my god, genuinely I'm having a really hard time right now (medical stuff, mental stuff, friend stuff, existential stuff), and most days are so miserable.
