Thank you, Tony... Somehow I've had the hardest time making a decent puki...this method seems pretty straightforward. Your giant ollas are sort of the holy grail of what I want to do. Fellow Californian here...digging clay from the bottom of what was once Tulare lake.

❤ I love this channel, love your passion for history and humanity. Keep doing what you love😊 it’s so cool. There are many of us who are inspired by your awesome videos whether you’re out in the desert or just in your backyard. I think it’s the coolest thing. Native clays was super cool too. That was the first thing I saw you actually and then from there I instantly subscribed because who’s teaching people how to go out in the desert and make clay.? It’s you!

The king of earthenware is back. 🎉 Can I request the making of a coffee cup from clay and sand to complete, without a wheel? I just need one simple and reliable cup that doesn't crack and the handle doesn't fall off.

I made one with only clay and sand and it surprisingly didn’t crack. I’m not sure if there was something else in it though
