You are hands down one of the best sculptors in this platform, my fave actually, your aesthetic is beyond unique and amazing, I subscribed to your channel before you had 1k subs and the fact that you haven’t reached the 100k mark honestly pisses me off, like seriously, what’s wrong with people? Anyways, excellent piece as usual, I’ll keep sharing your work, have a sweet one! ✨

I love this so much! How do you keep the paint from peeling off when applying it directly to the clay? I use super Sculpey and golden heavy body acrylics and when I paint directly it just peels off my pieces easily :(
@_GreenSkies_3 жыл бұрын
Golden has some mediums you can mix into your paint to give it better adhesion on difficult surfaces. It might just be that the heavy body is taking longer to cure than some of the cheaper acrylics you can get out there. Does it still peel after two or three weeks?
@TheBee14703 жыл бұрын
@@_GreenSkies_ yes, it’s been almost two months. I already ordered a plastic primer, but I watch a lot of sculptors on KZbin and all of them just paint over super Sculpey with no issue and without mentioning any sort of medium or primer so idk what I’m doing wrong, it just peels off easily, no force whatsoever :(
@_GreenSkies_3 жыл бұрын
@@TheBee1470 that's so weird.. I wonder if lightly sanding it will fix your problem? Or maybe even something as simple a wiping it off with rubbing alcohol before you hit it with paint. 🤔
