Making a RZR Windshield // SxS Life

Well this was a cool project! My friends at Online Metals got me hooked up with some poly-carbonate sheets so I can make a custom windshield for my Polaris RZR XP1000.

Yes because 95% of us have those tools just laying around the garage let’s just look at a video of how the manufacturer does it to 🤦🏾‍♂️

Haha I'm flattered you think my work can be as good as a manufacturer but yes that is just a computer controlled router that you don't need to pull this off. Just makes it easier of course. You could use a wood template and a router as well. :)

@@brandonwright6578 yeah I know the feeling, but if you got it, use it! Lol. But yeah make a good ol cardboard template and a wood template for a router with flush trim bit will get you through it without the fancy tools!

Does wind at higher speed not bother you? If the zip ties fail the window is coming in on you. In front of the frame that can't happen. I'm actually doing one right now and wanted to ask this
