This boy is TALENTED! That would be about a $250.00 tray in a lot of upscale restaurants. It probably cost Ryan the better part of $100.00 for all the ingredients so nice afternoon snack!

I spent a month in a flat in Paris. One day, I walked into my butcher shop and they were getting rid of all their earthenware terrine vessels...for one euro. They were huge. Made for quantity production. But I could not help but pick up two, Because pretty.

Big babyRayNos is a fu*keng motivator😁 Nice to see, the master is a down to earth dude! Back then in Canada, mostly young students around me, none of them would have eaten liver 🙁 ...The meat grinder arrived a few weeks ago the rest, I'm on my way... ... in a few days... Another type of mushrooms is frozen It will be a bit more and instead of the terrine there will be jars of pickles. Ok, not really pickle jars, but cute little jars! All under pressure. If the weather gets uncomfortably hot again, I don't want to cook much. than it's always good to have a jar at hand! Let's see how it will turn out 🌶️🌹♥️😉 Have a nice week big babyRayNos

I think the rules are instead of using fat, use instead onions and potatos and bread crubs or croutons. I think a lot of people suffered hart issues cooking like that in the 70's...and 60's and 50's since the inception of butter etc. Hey you want to know the trick..Jello...clear non flavored Jello..or Gelatin...that replaces the fat. And you can then focus and use lean bacon. You can even use flavored Jello..that's the trick for Gourmet and upscale..because Jello makes berry flavors...like cherry, strawberries, blackberries etc. Those flavors are also used in salad along with craberries and pomegranate (seeds removed).
@dirk2655
@dirk2655 2 жыл бұрын
There are processes done to remove the fat...like pre cooking thoroughly and then draining the fat. However, you want, lean meat...that way you know the animal is treated well and they were walking around, spoken to, treated humanely, learned sign language etc...and were not stuck in a pen being fattened.
