I totally feel related. And with English as my second language, I'm even more quiet, but I get the part when you said you think you're cool, me too lol. But Savannah, You're freaking cool and your voice is amazing, it's soothing my sensitive ears and my ears love it, just fyi. Can't wait to see your comic book and more great content coming up! Love this, as a fellow anxiety disorder person its always nice to see people sharing that they experience similar things and it helps make us all feel a little less along with our struggles. Major props for putting yourself out there, I'm a full time artist/illustrator and this is the biggest thing I struggle with too and is good motivation to try to challenge myself as well.

I feel you. Im very awkward and basically an introvert and a wallpaper. Im the type when I enter a room no one ever notices and always feel not seen. This made me feel that I didn’t matter. Now Im just used to it and accepted that it just what it is. That quiet people are just treated this way all the time. Im a wallpaper all my life (im in my 40s now). 😊 I guess that’s why we all draw isn’t? Because that’s how we communicate better, through our art 😊. You are wonderful and congratulations 🎉!

Yes, I think that’s definitely why a lot of people with similar personalities draw! That’s how I managed to get friends in school. They would see my art and then start talking to me haha. I’ve started telling myself we all feel awkward before talking to new people and it does help 😌 thank you so much for your support, it means a lot!

Hi Savannah, I stumbled across your channel because I’ve been working on my own personal book making journey. I loved your illustration advice. What also caught my attention was this video in particular. I completely understand what you’ve experienced. Especially since I, myself have suffered from the same social anxiety. It has literally petrified me in work situations to the point where I become physically ill and feel sick to my stomach. I really empathize with what you’re experiencing too. It has made me feel a bit like a third wheel in many situations. So, kudos to you on this KZbin journey. This is encouraging from me in where I am presently in my life. So thank you. 😊

wow.... It felt like I was making this video... I am always seen as the " great listener". People talk over me and redirect the conversation (which I'm trying to work on now...finally!) and as an artist who works from home, I don't speak with adults very often anymore either! But teaching online and starting a channel has also helped me work through a bit of that. Really enjoying your videos! 💜

I get really self conscious about talking in English. It is my second language and I have this thing which causes me to forget words even in my first language, Finnish. Sounds great that you’ve found more confidence in talking at work etc. ❤️❤️❤️

I speak one language and forget words a lot haha, I wish I could speak multiple languages like you! Totally get it though. Thank you for the support 😊

FYI, and even though it wasn’t your intention, this made me like you even more….i have the same internal monologue minus the anxiety…you’re very authentic and interesting…you should be very proud of yourself….i hope you achieve your goals, like tomorrow 😊
