In this video I’m building pretty a special epoxy desk. I was inspired by the wooden epoxy river tables, but i wanted to make one lightly diffrent: from STEEL. The table is filled with objects wich all have their own story. The rust effect was acheived with a chemical mix and really made this project awasome.

Bro, absolutely fantastic work! Truly Inspirational! Just one thing though - PLEASE tuck your hoody laces in ... If they get wrapped round the grinder it won't be pretty! I work like you, with a hoody on - just tuck them into the top down the front of your neck

Wow, it seemed to be almost "illusion-like" blending between 2 & 3 dimensional images👌. - Like a picture in a magazine making you do a double take... then those lights, they added so much like a surprise you're so happy to be surprised about. Too cool❗❗ I love original stuffs. "Homemade madness" you're the guy who made his own awesome go cart from hell,; and you share the how🙏👉economically; good on you man.📌

Did you pour the resin in layers to prevent overheating during the curing process? Looks great 👍good surface finish.

The initial coat is to seal the porous materials and eliminate any air bubble and air pockets you would get if you just poured it all at once. Most companies are making deep pour epoxies so you don’t have to worry about overheating with thickness.

Very cool! You say in the description that "The rust effect was acheived with a chemical mix"... any hints about what sort of mix? (Before reading that, I was wondering if it was maybe just H2O2??) Very interesting!
