Making and canning peach jam!

The Rod Ridge Farm peach harvest has begun, and We started picking. Time got away from me, and the peaches set and got soft. They are delicious to eat but too soft to can as diced peaches in syrup. So, I decided to make peach jam. My friend, Donna, gave me her recipe, and I put the soft peaches to use. This is a simple two recipe of jam. I think everyone has some fruit or tomatoes start to go bad at some point. Especially when life is crazy! Making the best of what you can is the way to go for sure. Peach jam is amazing.
