The little sugar candies at the end are called Konpeito or sugar stars! They're considered a Japanese candy but were brought over by the Portugese ages ago. They're very similar to rock candy for people who haven't had them before. Sometimes they'll have a mild flavoring added to them, but they're mostly just sugar like Moriah described. I love that she created a hamster character around them because I first learned about them from Hamtaro as a kid, so it's a fun lil coincidence :D

This includes tea bags, although most Americans would just say tea bag. If you say sachet in America most people would think you were talking about a small bag of potpourri or other aromatic herbs. They are usually put in dresser drawers to keep clothes smelling fresh, but they aren't very common. It's more of an older person thing.
