▶The EASIEST Kimchi, Green Onion Kimchi, Pa Kimchi | 알사한 쪽파김치 | 葱泡菜
Ingredients
2 lbs (900 gram) green onions
1/2 an apple
1 1/2T glutinous rice flour
1-piece dried kelp (optional)
1 and 1/2C water
1T sesame seeds
Seasoning:
1/2C fish sauce
1/2C red pepper flakes
2T honey
1/2 grated apple
3/4C glutinous rice paste
a little bit of ginger
some sesame seeds (optional)

You can season it with salt instead of fish sauce. To enhance the flavor, it's good to use a vegetable broth. After cooling the boiled vegetable broth, add a little flour to make a flour paste and use it when making seasoning for green onion kimchi. Thank you for the great question! :)

After 1 day in room temp, then fridge, how long in fridge before we can start to eat it?

After 1 day, you can eat it right out of the fridge, but if you prefer your green onion kimchi ripe, you can leave it at room temperature for about two days before refrigerating it. Note that unripened green onion kimchi may be a bit spicier. Thank you! 😊🙏
