Прикольный гриндер и аккуратно сделано! Но, с твоего позволения, дам пару советов - ведущий шкив сделай конический, как и натяжной, это даст более точное и устойчивое центрирование ленты. Натяг делай не через болт, а через пружину, она компенсирует неровности ленты и у тебя пропадут колебания при обработке. Ты маленькую детальку обрабатываешь, а ленту заметно водит, это именно от твоего глухого натяжителя. Станок ТВ 320?

1.5kW, 2880rpm 3 phase. You can use single phase but size of motor will be big and bulky. You can try PMDC motor with speed controller too. But burr will get attracted to magnet. That is the minimum power required for any belt grinder for successful operation. Anything less than 0.75kW will get stalled during grinding.

Mine will be mostly be used for knife sharpening. Do you know if a simple/inexpensive way of slowing the belt speed down to 1700/1800 RPM without spending the money going variable speed? Thanks
