@pam braziel thanks! I been watching videos to make sure I get as much info I can and I would like to share something with you that I learned. When your dipping boil some water in something that your pot with the candy can fit in and sit the candy pot in the water and it’s supposed to slow the hardening process down.

Sis... l LOVE your English....reminds me of where I grew up. Like...Like once you set that Candy Apple down....you uh knock a head or two...(so don't chall get it twiiiisted) ....dig....dug. LOL....you ain't gotta co-sign to that....I'm just sayin'...;o) Anyways.... I love your work...it takes a lot of patience and skill to work sugar into what chu' do. And it's dangerous work. You gotta know how to handle that. If I was where you are...I pay for some classes. I'm a hard core baker (which I do sell) but not into sugar crafting like that. Good to see a Sista' working in that art for a change. "Whatever your hands find to do, do with all your strength..." Ecclesiates 9:10 May the Most High Bless you continually.

This is a very nice tutorial 🙂. I grew up eating Candied Apples at carnivals in Europe but they never had anything like the red hots in the mixture, it was just that nice, sweet crunch. I think after dipping in the boiling water dunking in ice may slow or stop the browning of the apple.

My daughters teacher loves them and I thought it would be a cool gift from the traditional apple lol.. thank you for being so descriptive in your video!
