fill basket just below rim, tamp, get up to 1 bar, open valve slowly to start flow, til steady, I like strongish coffee, flat white, does a great job, just get the tamp right, I wait til pressure is 1 bar before opening valve. Does great job on milk, this machine ideal for 1 mug, or 2 cups.

Lovely song! I’ve had this machine for a couple of weeks and struggling to get coffee tasting good. Can you give the details of your process? Dose, grind, pressure, water level? I only want to make 1 cup most of the time so I’ve only been using 3 cup mark. Trying 15-20g with spacer then 25-30g with spacer. Pressure around 2 bar. Tried low brew method too. Not having much luck. Lots of sputtering at high pressure. Really weak and water low pressure. Fairly fine grind. I don’t want to have use 9 cups/50g of coffee just for one cup. Appreciate your thoughts. 🙏

Always start with cold milk, it gives you more time to "stretch" the milk and get the desired amount of foam without overheating/burning the milk.
