Many requests for more Ninja recipes. This is for carrot soup with a touch of corriander. Roughly chop your carrots up (500g), one onion, garlic if you like. I used olive oil flavoured with truffle just because I needed to get rid of it. Two chicken or vegetable cubes dissolved in 800ml of hot water. It takes about 30 minutes and is done automatically in the Ninja. If you do not have one just cook it in a saucepan on the hob and use a stick or regular blender to finish it off. You can freeze what you do not eat.
