Making CORN as light as a CLOUD

Technically this is a video about corn puree, while delicious on its own - even better when aerated. (p.s. please don't do whip-its)
I don't have a recipe for this, but it's easy enough to follow along....what else should I turn into a foam?

So if you stem your corn before you shuck it you will be able to get all of that like I call it hairs from the corn.
