All you need is some practice in arts like this i worked at outback steakhouse making the deserts and they always came out ugly and I knew the customer was paying a lot for a very very simple desert so I did stuff like glaze chocolate in spirals or strip added garnishes to make unique shapes. Art doesn't come from the intellect it comes from intuition just tap into your potential and you could teach yourself all of this or watch these type of videos and add your spin to them don't need a degree in anything you are human you have the potential to teach yourself anything for free

julinha to get to this level of malleability, the sugar can have a temperature of 400 + degrees. Water has a max temp of 212 when cooking and those burns are still bad. but sugar will actually begin to stick to skin as it hardens, making burns much more severe. hot sugar like this has been referred to as “culinary napalm”. It’s a lot of care and discipline involved to not hurt oneself, and although this master in the video above makes it look easy, people who want to attempt to make try this should practice EXTREME caution.
