I always say the first rule of crepe making is the first one always comes out looking crappy, but it always tastes fine! I use my 10" frying pan, but I need a little spreader like you have. That looked like it made it easier to spread out.

The stick thing was super handy! And of course, Fox is now obsessed with them and wants them for every meal 😂 I just keep the batter in the fridge at all times lol
