I am not a big green bean casserole eater. I just saute real green beans and maybe add butter, garlic n onions. I have done a dollar tree Christmas dinner with these sides and a canned ham from dollar tree.😊

To up the flavor of the stuffing use chicken broth instead of water and I like mine really moist so I use a stick of butter.

New here! I have seen some people buy deli ham and make ham roses and cook them in the oven from dollar tree, also I have seen people use the canned chicken from DT and make it in the stuffing like a casserole both those options replace the turkey element

I realized that buying something at the Dollar Tree for a small amount of product vs buying something in bulk can save you money. I can use the entire amount of the Dollar Tree item for $1.25. But if I used a fraction of the amount of the bulk item and throwing the rest away, because I did not use it before it spoiled, that is costing me money, unless the bulk item cost the same as the Dollar Tree item. Also, when trying something new, I will check Dollar Tree first. Because if I hate it, then I wasted a full-size amount.

I'm i the only one who saves the salt and ketchup you get when ordering fast food. I generally use them up you be surprised about how much you can save. So many people throw them away.
