You can also brush the pie with heavy cream. That way you don’t have to use a whole egg for 1 mini pie.

Seems like a lot of work for 1 little batch of pie dough. I’m thinking double or triple it, divide it up, and stick it in the fridge. Then you can have a mini pie several days in a row. 😁

Thank you for the single serving recipes. There is a KZbin channel who does a lot of baking for 1 or 2, but not usually in the air fryer. Maybe you can get some ideas from her, so you don't have to reinvent the wheel regarding ratios, etc. Her name is Leigh Anne Wilkes.
