I suffer from this and I've always been afraid of wording it or expressing it because I thought it was a personal almost ridiculous scrupulosity. Maybe it still is but this is still helpful. Thanks

This helps so much. I'm a teenager who is autistic and has high empathy i've been overthinking a lot lately. Either way i blame myself for others problems or feel guilty for them and it fill my brain with my own insecurities, flaws, growth and my views of the world changing. And there's so much hate and separation in the world and from what ive seen/heard it's especially in politics and the internet. I know we can not get along all the time but sometimes i wish everybody could just be kind.. but that will never happen. There will always be mean, rude and selfish people and that's okay. What i need to focus on is try to not become that person myself. I feel like there are some christians out there who try their best to be like Jesus and God and i think they are good figures to look up to it is impossible to be like them. If you aren't a Christian that's fine and you can still be a good person obviously but i think we shouldn't try to be exactly like Jesus we should try to be a human who is kind like him and we shouldn't try to make everything perfect we should be loving towards ourselves and do what we can to make ourselves better :)
