Making EVERY Mario Maker 2 Enemy A Spirit Battle for Super Smash Bros Ultimate

One of the most requested videos I’ve had for my channel is to rank every single enemy in mario maker 2, however several other people have already done similar videos. So instead I thought it would be a good idea to make every single mario maker 2 enemy a spirit for super smash bros ultimate. I will also be making a spirit battle for every mario maker 2 boss and every alternate form for each enemy, leading to 45 spirit battles! Also, each spirit battle will be based on very game an enemy appears in, not just how they work in mario maker 2 or the games featured in it like super mario bros, super mario bros 3, super mario world, new super mario bros u, and super mario 3d world.

For Pokey, you could have had one Pac-man with the oven-mitt alt (being the "main opponent") and three Pac-mans with the default alt and then one condition could be that if you defeat the main opponent you win referencing how you only need to kill the head to kill the whole enemy.

I must say this But Odyssey Central s probably one of the best KZbinrs (at least in my opinion). His videos are so interesting and I love seeing other peoples opinion. MOST of his videos are long and you can tell that he really puts research, time, and effort into the videos. They don’t take too long to come out and can be funny time to time. The spirit battles and level by level series are unique and not just “Ranking every smash character based off there hair color”. All I’m trying to say is I genuinely look forward to how this channel grows in the future and i hope it thrives.

Also for both of the pokey spirits, only the main fighter has to be koed, since their head has to be attacked in order to ko them, the other body parts can be attacked, but only the head makes sure the pokey is alive.

I think these vids are probably my favorites of yours. And if you don't mind me leaving a suggestion, maybe one of these for more modern enemies, bosses, or characters in Kirby games? Not literally every single one obviously, just thought I'd throw it out there since a lot of the Kirby content in Smash is more classic-oriented, and think it would be neat to get the more recent games some more representation.

Idea for the bully: Stamina battle but with extreme auto heal (Referencing the fact that you neither Mario or Bully can do damage to each other) Knock back would be increased and the stage would be bridge of elden I think this fits the Bully more than impact run and would be a more unique spirit battle

my idea for the galoomba would be something like the regular goomba (btw a lot of this is just what would be cool even if it isnt something that happens in actual spirit battles but still) except maybe he would take just a bit less damage which is a reference to how they can survive after one jump but also maybe if you trip it then it can have more knockback referencing how when you jump on it it falls over and can be thrown quite hard. idk if this is really a good idea tho

In the goombrat fight there could be a condition like enemy avoids ground and stays on the platforms, lava bubble could give kirbies higher jump, and there could maybe be a timer in meowser.

I honestly think that the Koopa Troopa would be great as a character you can play in smash it could have an attack that works like the blue shell from NSMB, his defense animation could be the death animation of the death of dry bones from SMM2. Dry Bones could be a skin for the Koopa Troopa. Also, hammer bro could be great as a character you can play too. It's ground pound could have the same effect as the ground pound of the sledge bros.

For the Stretch, I'd actually use a pink inkling because the way they swim in the ink is similar to the Stretch hiding in the ground. It's pink to reference the Pink Boos from Super Mario Sunshine since they work fairly similarly to the Stretches in Super Mario Bros. 3 (Original). It'd also. have increased gravity to make everyone stick to the floor more. Since we're referencing Sunshine we may as well put it in Delphino Plaza (It's Mario Maker, Location doesn't really matter)

The Lava Bubble should be a group of small Foxes or Falcos that spam their up special. Cause it's the only fireball move I can think of that launches the player upwards like a Lava Bubble does

There are some spirits that you can make as an evolution without making a spirit battle for them and those are enhanceable spirits

I think for the Blasta Mechakoopa fight, it would be a better fit to have Roy start with a Steel Diver, since the missiles that shoots seem a bit more reminiscent of the Blasta Mechakoopa than a single Bob-omb.

An enemy is anything that the flagpole kills when you touch it. (This even includes snowballs thrown from spike, or even the moon and that is meant to HELP YOU.
