Making Flat LED Lamps Look 3D !! by our 6040 100W Laser Cutter

It looks like a bulging three dimensional bulb, but actually it’s only 5mm thick and 100 percent flat.
We cut out the acrylic glass, which is known for its superior light-transmitting properties.
The base is cut from plywood.

for the ones asking about the light source you can get a complete base on ebay for around $5 dollars just search as a 3D led lamp base

May I ask what speed (mm/s) and power wattage are you using for you scan & cut settings for the acrylic? I am working with mine (Rabbit QX 80 - 1290) and we keep having problems burning the acrylic.

100w not make it 3d any more than 5w laser and it still is just 2d. but you can cut faster.. i tought this was some new method laser cutting in depth levels (REAL 3D) that need 100w
