Looks great! That thing looks so carbonated, it was phenomenal! And such a beautiful color. Take this with a grain of salt because I’m not some brewmaster or anything, but You might want to add in some Brewers yeast as well, sometimes the bacteria will get to the brew before that natural yeast can start the fermentation. So I always use brewers yeast, it also has more Alcohol. And I find it generally makes better tasting wines than just bread yeast. And you also might want to add in a little bit of like sugar, it can be any type, brown sugar, molasses, white sugar, but I like to use Panella, it’s just boiled down solidified sugarcane juice and it works perfect for wines. You can even use it to make some really good rum. Maybe just buy a still too. I would also love to see a video where you use some of that homemade wine to make a cocktail! That would be a good idea for a video.

This might ruin the flavor a bit but if You're having trouble getting it to ferment on its own without yeast you can use a slice of bread it has dead yeast on it which can act as nutrient for the natural yeast

Drinking that shit like that'll make you sick as hell. You want to make sure you kill off any yeast after the final fermentation process, and filter, filter, filter. Unless it's a spiced wine, it should be completely clear, if not then damn near. You may have some haze after, but you can usually clear that up with a pectic enzyme. It also helps to shelf stabilize. Also, you don't want to "enjoy" a wild wine, which is what most wines made with fruit other than grapes are called, without aging the final product for at least 6 months. It's safe to drink after about 2 weeks of aging, but only if it's completely clear. But a minimum of 6 months is the standard, because it opens up all the flavors.
