You cutting corners. We normally boil the berries first to cut out the soundness. We also sweetened the water to make gooseberry juice. You can also curry the gooseberry.

In Guyana terminology it is pookney. The Hindi language pronounces it with the beginning ph ( fo ). Complete pronounciation is phokney ( fookney). Great video. I love it. Keep it up
@rnjan994 жыл бұрын
That is NOT totally correct. You are right that much of North India call that object "phukney" or "fukney". However, the Bhojpur district (eastern UP and Western Bihar) say "pukney" - just like the people of Guyana do. [I am Guyanese and lived in India with my Indian wife for more than a quarter of my life. I speak fluent Hindi, and have lived in villages in India as well as in the cities.]
@jagdayeseeram76454 жыл бұрын
Yes Vidya,,I get that sour taste quite here. The jam look real tasty,,ah cud get some? The two of allyuh like to trouble one another eh.😄😄 Keep on cooking girls,you don't have to be perfect,,,even d perfect cooks make mistakes
