If Apelles even existed, and he walked into any present day art supply store, in all likelihood, he'd walk out with cadmium red light, ultramarine blue, phthalo blue, veridian, cadmium yellow light/lemon, permanent alizarin, cobalt violet light, and 63 other modern metallic and organic colors. If asked why he limited himself to such a minimal palette, he would likely reply that he didn't have access to such wonderful, beautiful, and useful colors, and that ultramarine pigment cost quite a bit more than the same weight in gold, during his day. Again, if he even existed that is.

But your other video said that red and green make grey….so which is it??????
