You touched on something that is somewhat overlooked. How fun this offence is for the players to play in. Everyone is utilized to the best of their abilities and the play calling is so creative and unpredictable that makes the game feel more like a “game”, not a freaking business exercise.

Difficult to compare, but Goff is 31-8 since their 1-6 launch into champ mode. I often wonder how it would have worked out if Stafford had stayed, the trade didn't go down, and he got a chance to play in Dan Campbell's offense. I am not sure he would have done better than Goff. Maybe? (mighta had a better spin move lol) Still, nothing like Stafford to Calvin. That connection is as surreal as this year's Lions, all of them, including the coaches. They are boggling my mind, and I absolutely love it!

Stafford was fun but that was little kid football. Bad on the line of scrimmage and meaningless yards to a wide receiver. What they have built here is a team to be reckoned with for years to come

Many Detroiters may be Stafford haters, but he knew winning a SB wasn't happening at the time. He won in LA. Congrats, Matt. Other Detroit Sports atheletes have left Dtown to win the ultimate prize in their respected sports

I met him at a baggage carousel at DTW. Shook his hand and said have a great season. I think he appreciated more that i didn't ask for autograph.
