Making Mapo Tofu

If you love tofu & minced pork, chances are you would enjoy this quite a bit :)
There are different "softness" of tofu that you can purchase, so check that you're not getting the hard version that's often used for braised dishes nor the overly soft version that's often described as "silky" or "soft"...you'll know why after watching this :P Well, tofu being tofu...you still need to be gentle whatever it is. Lol...
