This was an excellent video, until 1:13, where a phrase for repetitive usage was uttered, "white right", to help kids remember that the white beads must go to the right, it was not a good choice. It is a risky phrase. "All beads go to the right", or even, "no beads on the left", are much better options for those impressionable minds. We need to be mindful how we speak to the kids, so they learn to make better choices, more compassionate, and more inclusive ones.

We all have a right hand and a left hand, there are red beads and white beads! Putting white beads on the right is not offensive, don't read in more than was said.

@@carolynmccracken4574 if you say it like that, "put all beads to the right", of course it's not offensive. 💖 But, that's not what it was uttered; it was "white, right". Not reading, "more...", just listening to the words. Kids grab words and use them freely... Haven't you tried to teach the names of the planets? 😐

@@Dymphna06 lol. Right... While i definitely noticed it when she said it... I know I'm the kind of person that sees jokes and slights in EVERYTHING... A real smart ass... so I wouldn't have expected others to think that way... Especially children using a rekenrek. It suprised me when I saw the comment because I had forgot about it already.
