I lived in India. Moringa Tree grows drum sticks. It is considered a the king of vegetables. You can make a soup from Moringa leaves. It is delicious. Most healthy. I also live in Southern California. Would love to get my hands on some fresh leaves. I went thru a detox in India supervised by my Aryuvedic doctor. He had me take this soup everyday. It is so nutritious that you won't feel hungry for the whole day and yet have the energy. Amazing stuff. Indians make this drum stick Shaak. Look it up on how to make it in the You tube. Wow, I boiled around ten branches of Moringa like vegetables and put some salad dressing to them. I ate them in a day. Now I realise from you that I should take them like pills in a period of time. Yet, I feel great by taking all in a day. It just like clean up my whole system.

Very nice video of the whole process. To dry i put the leaves in a “Flour Sack Kitchen Towel” sold at waltmart, 10 x 8.45. It really is like a cheese cloth. Usually for 3-4 days, until leaves are crunchy. I got the pill filler too, huge help. ❤ i only need my own plant now 😂

Thank for sharing, I have been drying moringa leaves for 6 years and have some useful tips, may I suggest leaving the moriga bundles hang for 3 to 4 days, you will see that the leaves fall from the stems without having to pics, they will be at the right dryness as well.

Good morning, I have been taking it a couple weeks now. After 1 week I could tell a difference in the swelling. After 2 weeks my joints started hurting less. It seems the longer I take it the better it is. The first week I took 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening but I found I was having trouble sleeping. The second week I switched to 3 capsules in the morning and it has made a big difference. I still get the benefits without disturbing my sleep. I hope this helps! Good luck. Some advice....when you run it through the magic bullet let it all sit in an uncovered bowl for 24 - 48 hours. There's still moisture in the ground material. Run it all through a second time and you'll be able to get it to more of a powder consistency 👌🏼

Thank you for the excellent video, but I think you are getting more gelatin than moringa with each capsule. I think this process would work great for neem and neem is really bitter. Also, you could make moringa stew, mmm... delicious! (I think it's made by lightly sautéing the moringa leaves in ghee with chopped onions and salt, pouring in some milk and allowing it to simmer for a couple of minutes).

I dont know about any studies, but we South Indians eat the Moringa leaves ( derived from Tamil word Murungai tree) regularly atleast once a week and the drumstick vegetable is part of our staple diet Sambar. But last few decades food habits are changing towards Fast foods. If we visit Southern Indian villages you can see elderly people around 90 - 100 yrs easily, still up and about.
