I just got some Moringa powder from my Walmart store, and so for I have not been able to find anything that it does not overwhelm the taste of. I tried the latte recipe on the package, and tried hot coco mix, adding honey to help the taste. To me it taste like adding lawn clippings to your food, rice to me has no flavor so that does not seem like it would do anything but spoil a rice meal. If I can't stand the taste my kids would not eat it. I going to try other things but I am not holding out to much hope. It cost me over $15.00 for a 7.4 oz package, so I hate to give up too soon.

Ma'am if you dry it into microwave the nutrients of the Moringa will be burned so no more value? Thank you

Agree. Why go through so much and kill the value in the end.
@ibrahimyusufu43622 жыл бұрын
It appears you in India are not making the best of the Moringa. Of what use is the small quantity of Moringa powder being used by you? We in Africa especially Nigeria Moringa is a complete food to us. We cook substantial leaves of the plant and mix it with powdered groundnut cake. That will give a satisfying meal. We also drink the water from the cooked leaves.
@joyfulbakes2 жыл бұрын
No, this is a staple in our country. We eat every part of the moringa tree - the leaves, stem, flowers. We use it as a main dish and a side dish. There are plenty of recipes in my channel itself 🙂
