I am so glad that you are back. I really want a video on single-eye shadow shades that work rather than having to buy whole pallets which get wasted if all the colours don't suit our skin tone. Or different combos of the same pallet would be good. 2. new drugstore blushers and foundations too. Thanks!!

There are so many different types of therapies out there and some therapists are not supposed to bring things up until the client does because they believe in the autonomy of the client hence why the issue may not have been brought up after the next session. It’s important people choose the right type of therapy because treatment and outcomes are based on the approach matching the issue. I.E CBT would be great for phobias and Integrative therapy for child hood trauma, self esteem etc.
