I did not release it was that easy. I don’t have a dehydrator but a low oven will suffice. And no mortar and pestle but the spice grinder might do… hmm. Now to grow the chillies!! 😊

You need a specific type of paprika you can’t just use any pepper and even if it is called paprika it still isn’t it, just stick to buying it

These are made from a Hungarian pepper that is used to make Hungarian Paprika.

@@amyfu2047It seems I made a mistake, I am Hungarian and I live in Hungary, but I did not seem to be able to identify it. You are using the correct type of pepper, but I would recommend using a darker variety to get a darker powder. Trust me, it makes all the difference. I am sorry for making the bad comments, I thought that you were just another foreigner making it incorrectly. (I also recommend sun drying the pepper, it is a lot better that way) I hope you have a good rest of your day, Bence.
