+Berry Berriess The graphics for tv shows are often much lower because it takes time to create light and render. As a 3D animator myself, 1 frame of beautifully lit animation can sometimes take up to several hours to render (ie, disney movies). I'm sure the one for the promo was a money shot so they took their time to render it properly. Still, im really loving the show tho.

I like the ML being shown right now, but seriously now that I have seen the potential of what it could have been, I'm kind of disappointed. This teaser promised a thrillingly epic, uniquely sweet, and somehow haunting story. I would have watched that show just for the pure design of the characters and how they moved! There's a personality that got lost in the translation of these ideas to the actual show. I hope that one day, we can gain ourselves a reboot with the original concepts behind it. Just because it's a show for kids, does not mean that it has to be watered down.

@@aileengunadi4840 If you look closely at the Miraculous box, the Ladybug represents the Yin of the Yi Ching in the center whereas the Black cat represents the Yang of the Yi Ching. The other 5 creatures that are not in the 12 Chinese Zodiac represent the 5 elements namely Fire, Earth, Wood, Water and Metal. The Bee represents Earth. With the colors of that part of the box you should be able to figure out which element the rest of those creatures each represent.

1. They only had a month to make it so it was obviously rushed some which helps but 2. Just judging by it my guess is it’s target is a Western style show and a lot of them the first season is sort of slow but as the show progresses it gets faster and more exciting like SVTFOE, Steven Universe, etc. Season 2 is already a lot more progress. Obviously still not not super charismatic but it’s said that Season 3 is going to be huge. 3. It’s obviously a kids show so you sort of have to go in with low expectations. All else aside I still think it’s an enjoyable show as long as you don’t over analyze it.

Damn... I remember watching this when I first got into miraculous. I remember the excitment I felt for this concept. And watching the first few episodes felt so new and exciting cause I'd never seen anything like it. I hoped this show would introduce me to aspects if France and romance and superheros. And now, all these years later, it seems like all of that was forgotten and lost the original charm. Perhaps. I guess it depends on whether or not their vision for the show has been met, but as someone who's been a loyal fan for years I have to agree that the quality of writing and animation has taken a nose-dive. I won't say it's gone down the gutter just yet- there's still the ghost of what it was that has the potential to live up to it's past glory. For now, I guess we just have to wait and see.

thats the lowest reason. I watched the preview interview for miraculous. The main reason is that the animators could keep up with ladybugs spots since its a action anime and she moves around a lot. it made people motion sick looking at it. there were also many errors and complications in general with it to begin with which is why they resorted to low budget animation. @@francescop.c.3298

So many great concepts, and they abandoned them to appeal to the style so many kids shows these days do! If you wanna be special you have to show it. The most successful cartoons in America aren't nearly as generic as what is currently airing in Korea. I know they want this to last so there isn't much characterization in the first five episodes but... man.

I am a huge fan of Magical Girl shows and this is definatly a more unique one compared to others: Marinette has similar personality and quirks most magical girls have, but she has more to her character and we actually see what she wants to do: be a fashion designer. Most magical girls just want to be an idol at least she has something else she wants to do. Plus the concept of her hero alter ego is cool too a ladubug is considered good luck and that makes sense for her powers. I like Adrien becuase of his character overall, we don't have many male Neko characters, Adrien is more involved in the plot as most magical boys are just on the sidelines. And finally, this show has unique side characters, usually a magical girl show has their side characters appear once or twice and don't do anything. At least these characters have some unique characteristics and they stand out and actually are involved with the story one way or another. Yes i know this was long but I had to share this with everyone on why i love this show so much

Felix/Adrien was treated badly his whole life. That would make a lot of sense for him to be cold blooded unlike Adrien being kind and friendly. Marinette/Bridgette was confident to confess her love for Felix even if he rejected her a lot. At least she’s not a creepy stalker like Marinette. Also, ladybug and cat noir are not popular superheroes back in the earlier concepts, they were instead an “urban legend” because they fight in the shadows. When cat noir’s hair flaps over him when he transforms, he looks different. That way, no one would be able to recognize him. Why did they have to cancel those concepts?

In this video ladybug seemed a great project, they have the ability to do something better, I do not say that the series is bad but needs improvement, before the CGI animation looked better, Marinette looked much better with black and not bluish hair, in that version looks much more realistic, and for the chapter of origins would have preferred the concept of Marinette finding the miraculous in the abandoned house (4:30), I would like it to be as it looks in conceptual art, I would have preferred it to be an anime, to summarize I prefer almost everything of how looked ladybug in this video. :"v

I'm glad they ditched "Félix" to be honest. It seems like he was going to be an anime cliché: taciturn, a loner and a douche to the heroine's attentions. And I didn't like his design either... kinda reminded me of Seto Kaiba from Yugi-Oh! Quite the unpleasant feeling. I love how Adrien is in comparison: despite being rich and a model, he's nice, humble and open, always moving forwards. So refreshing ! Same with the old Marinette: seems like she was going to be a pushy, loud and lovestruck heroine, kinda like Sailor Moon (I've always loved Sailor Moon, but even I have to admit she got annoying sometimes). While the Marinette we know now, is clumsy in a funny way and feels just... I don't know, "natural". And I love that. She's so lovely. This series is a breathe of fresh air, really. I could go on and on.There are still some cliché characters though but it doesn't bother me as much as it should, since the main heroes are so different and unique. That's some good character depth here. Please keep it up, you guys ! You're doing a fantastic job so far !

When I watched Miraculous Ladybuy for the first time, it made me realize that everyone can become a total game changer and reprogram everything and that even one person can make a massive change with limitless possibilities, but only when they're doing the right thing and take responsibility for their actions. Every time I watch Miraculous Ladybug, I always get a warm feeling or even a cold feeling as I was reborn countless times with such sensation. Finally, Miraculous Ladybug had taught me endless moral values and is a very educational animation, for instance, it taught me the meaning of and appreciate the life that I've been given and most importantly, all that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good people do nothing. You guys who put all of your blood, sweat and tears into this animation, you are all Miraculous!

I will have you know this is the one and only superhero thing I will watch or even remotely associate myself with. Most superhero shows have very shallow boring and generally annoying and aggravating main characters but mlb has characters I love and care about deeply, even if I don't relate much to them. Most superhero girls are either way too serious and boring or way too childish and non-serious, I get the feeling when I watch these things that production companies think that only young children and adults will watch a girl superhero show. But mlb is more of a tweens/teens show, which is amazing! It has, in my opinion, the perfect balance of serious, funny, romantic, ridicilous, cool, relatable, and realistic! I am SO thankful to all the people responsible for this incredible masterpiece and I hope this show goes on as the amazing show it is today and I hope other companies will notice that this SELLS and make more incredible shows that inspire like this. (I have literally now been on a mlb fix for over 2 months now and I can't stop)

I am very proud of the work and dedication they put the show into. Many other artists never really put all of their work into stuff, especially for kids this generation. One of the reasons why I love ML is because of the storyline. They give hints and clues about the next episodes and helps you figure things out as you go along. There is a subtle pattern I found while watching the show, which is very fun trying to see who is going to be akumatized next. (I also love how they mislead things as well. Lukanette? Adrianette? Which will be canon?) I am proud of the staff and workers who are working on the show. I'm sad it wasn't as amazing as the clips they showed us, and the animation form they were intending to use, but I like graphic design shows. It sort of helps me feel like the show isn't just for kids. (It reminds me of RWBY. I love that show).

When you watch miraculous ladybugs first seasons, you can tell that it's a kid show. The episodes have no real order, which means there's no plot development, it repeats the same formula over and over again, etc. This is fine, because it was meant to be a kids show, but theirs definitely a very large demographic of teens watching it, including me. I think that they could do a lot with the show if the realized that older kids were starting to watch, and it'd make the show really good. I watched the new episodes in season 3, and I was pleasantly surprised. There was major events taking place in almost all of the episodes. However, there was still no real order to the episodes, and I feel like the story will be hard to follow in the further as the plot thickens. I also would LOVE to see some improvements to the animation. Some people like how it is now, but I would fully support a full revamp to the style, or just a major improvement to the current one (Personally, I would prefer hand drawn animation than computer generated. I know it would take more time but I think it would be soooo worth it) Miraculous ladybug is already I pretty cool show, and it has an awesome concept, but I think it could improve a lot an attract even more people to watch it. I would love to see it improve. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk

I’m glad that they changed Adrien into who he is today. I definitely wouldn’t have liked the early version of him. That being said, I do wish they would’ve kept the teen audience they originally intended for. I love the show now but I feel like the only thing it’s missing is more of a mature feel. I think that would’ve made the show explode onto the scene rather than creep there like how it did
