If you keep the cyberpunk style then why dont you redesign the headlights? Could be cool to make some more cyberpunk/ futuristic led headlights instead of the popup lights. Or maybe go the ferarri route with the headlights half covered with a sliding panel

I actually find I get way fewer wrinkles with the masking tape. Plus it has that tiny bit of stretch to it so it handles compound curves better without creasing.
