Little Simz is one the best artists to come out of the UK in recent years. Her last three albums have all been contenders for Album of the Year. I enjoyed your Kano reaction yesterday - he’s one of our OGs, a true UK legend and one of the best to ever do it, as you saw 😅… in a tv interview last year, he spoke on Little Simz and said she was one of the best right now - forget ‘female’ sub-qualifiers - she’s just one of the best, period. Her music, the way she puts her words together, the flows and cadence… pure class. (He also picked Ghetts as best in the world rn which I agree with - no.1 for me too). More Simz please. Whilst I wouldn't want to distract too much from this incredible track by Lil Simz, Loyle Carner has an amazing song with a similar theme of forgiving one's father. In fact, he has a Colors performance of it! Loyle Carner - HGU it's a really moving performance and I think you'd both really enjoy it. It'd be a great introduction to his music!
