Thank you so much i first thought that paper mache was more of a mold type so i thought had to remove the object once i was finished paper mache but now i know that it can be use to smooth surfaces using the same stuff 😊 thank you

Yes, though depending on the size you will want to have a frame to put the paper mache on. Like wood or wire. Make sure to cover the frame well with the paper mache to make sure it's acceptable for cons.

However, you can also experiment with other materials such as foam. But a frame would still likely be required.

Depends on the type of paint you use and the thickness. I believe there are some paints that are meant to allow light to pass through.

It's definitely light and has some advantages... though I'm impressed you used it for armor. Did you paper mache over something to reinforce it?

Great idea. Paper mache is definitely a less expensive option than worbla. Though probably not as durable. LOL
