In this video, I'll be melting some silver bullion (Generic Rounds) into some more of my RFT Channel Bars, using my Electric Furnace instead of the new Devil Forge Furnace or Foundry! I am still an amateur when it comes to pouring and stamping as I only get a little practice every other week BUT I love trying my best and it's always a lot of fun. Hopefully, you all enjoy this pour video and don't give me too hard of a time. :) Warning - smelting silver or any metals is dangerous. Please be sure to take safety precautions and to research the process before you ever attempt it. Great video Rob! Is quenching necessary for an art bar, or is it just out of habit? I would think if you did not have any water around, it would be safer in the end. Since you are pouring so many at once, I would think they would just cool naturally and be cool by the time you are ready for the next step.

Is there a way to make Constitutional silver more pure? That doesn't lose value. Labor is free copper and gold and silver dont have expiration dates on them. Be careful melting precious metals brother it is very very dangerous. My friend Jack is now called one eyed Jack because of a small mistake and people are cruel.
