Welcome to the second video of the creating preset for any genre series, with the K-2 from Behringer, which is the MS-20 take from them. We will go trough 8 different sounds, first I will show you the final sound or preset and then we will break it down part by part until we get to the final result. Everything is timecoded so you can jump from patch to patch at any times.

Hey, saludos !! Es un buen sinte, yo tuve MS20 min, Tengo MS20 fs y bueno el K2. La verdad, no tengo queja alguna, chico portable, facil de cambiar entre el filtro 1 y 2. No podes pedir mas, menos por ese precio.

Nice video! If you want a more metallic high hat, you can use the ring modulator with an atonal ratio between the oscillators and then frequency modulate the oscillators using the ESP feeding back as a sine wave oscillator. You can get some really nice complex sounding metallic noise that way.

I may have a stupid question, but I'm a beginner in this topic. Is there any limit to connecting I/O cables using a eurorack cable splitter?

i really like the series. However, I have a weird thing to ask. Can you try out some ms-20 patches by Ippei Tambata? He is the master of unusual approach, and he often takes a photo to see how it's connected. But people say that some of stuff he show, not always "work" on modern versions/clones/whatever. Could you try some of them and later tell your impressions (or maybe record an "reaction" video or something like that? I mean, if you consider that interesting and find a time for it, of course. Cheers!

Would be so awesome if you had the SQ1 and did a video on using the SQ1 with this synth. I have a MS20mini and a SQ1 and after watching MANY MANY videos and reading MANY Reddit posts about it, I still am lost 😅

Thanks man. Sorry I don't have the SQ1 :(.. everything you see on my channel, came out from my own pocket. I don't have a need to buy another seq. I would, but on my country, for some reason, SQ1's are expensive, which is weird.

It is all in front of you , connect sq1 cv a out to total in on the msmini , sq1 gate to msmini to trig in ,see on the sq1 that you are in hzvolt mode and set duty cycle to minimum for the gate to be short enough for the msmini trig in , you can also connect sync out of sq1 to clock in sample and hold section on msmini
