Perfect message! Been going to counseling for years on dealing with self acceptance on what I'm able to do while dealing with depression. One of the things is time and schedules, I kept comparing myself to others that are not dealing with this and having the desire to do as much as others. This helped me realize each person has their own limits and IT'S OK! Each person has unique purpose for what God has in store and I need stop wishing be like others and comparing myself. Thank you so much Rick! Also I've found one way to help with depression is that I play hand drums. From this I've been putting together a program to bring to nursing facilities and mental health centers to share what has helped me. After watching your message one verse hit me for a good name to call the drumming program from Matthew 11:28-30....Rhythms Of Grace.😁

LOL funny story, i took a roadtrip with my friend, too. Same scenario, she said she had planned the trip but DID NOT plan ANY hotels. Thankfully we got lucky and got rooms last minute, but it was one of the worst (and best) times. I surely will never go on a trip like that again, but i got to see amazing places and reconnect with an old friend.
